Terms and Conditions

Once order is placed on our website and we receive the intimation, your order will be processed.
The system takes 48 hrs to confirm payment with the bank. On confirmation of payment the order will be billed and packed for delivery pick up.
If confirmation from bank is received before 12 noon, shipment will be picked up same day. If later than 12 noon, the next day morning
Once the packet is shipped, you will receive the tracking number on your email, which is registered with our website.
Any complaints of breakage, damaged products for replacement should be reported within 48 hours from time of delivery.
