- Crush or coarse grind 10 to 15 grams of green coffee bean and soak in 300ml of clean drinking water for about 4 to 5 hours [can keep overnight too].
- Boil the water with the soaked bean for about 2 to 3 minutes or till flavor is released fully.
- Use a sieve to filter.
- Best to use without sugar. Add honey, mint for added taste. Can have hot or cold as preferred.
